According to Medenica's claims, it concerns communications between Boban Bačević and Goran Vlaović, where he says a plan is being discussed to establish contacts with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić through people from northern Kosovo.
He mentioned the names of Zvonko Veselinovic and Milan Radojicic, claiming that these messages describe a strategy to approach the Serbian head of state through a person from Mitrovica, Kosovo.

"All processes in Serbia and Montenegro are managed by the SNS cartel. They decide who will be arrested and who will receive more severe sentences," he said.
At the end of his message, Medenica called on students and citizens to continue the resistance against what he describes as "organized crime."

Miloš Medenica has been sentenced by the High Court in Podgorica to 10 years in prison on charges related to the creation of a criminal group, drug trafficking, cigarette smuggling and corruption. He is on the run after leaving Montenegro the day his sentence was announced.
